The motto of our Chef, Robert Borzymowski, is “prepare meals with … love.” He is fully satisfied with his work only if a guest at his table can remember the taste of the Filmar cuisine for a very long time. It is not an exaggeration to say that our kitchen Chef just loves cooking!

Robert Borzymowski has not become chef by coincidence. He was a personal cook of a famous entrepreneur in France (due to the provisions of the contract, his name cannot be disclosed) and worked in a prestigious restaurant on the French Riviera, “Les Cargo”, specializing in seafood.  He came to Filmar from Warsaw, where he was a chef of Spanish restaurants and well as of those specializing in the Polish cuisine.

However, the excellent kitchen Chef is not the only asset of Filmar. Our delicacies are served in elegant restaurants. The fact that there are two restaurants at Filmar allows for organizing closed events and welcoming guests at the same time without any problem. We welcome guests staying at our hotel as well as those who visit us to taste our delicacies. Although taste and the judgement of taste are always individual issues, we are deeply convinced that our guests will be satisfied and will miss the taste of our breakfast, lunch, and especially the taste of our dinner…
